We at Santé Care at Home provide a caring and professional blend of companionship, personal care and housekeeping. Each dedicated care programme is underpinned by deep-seated clinical knowledge and is influenced by intuition and empathy. This nurturing process develops from the time we invest in getting to know you as a person and becoming a trusted member of your family circle. We at Sante Care at Home are dedicated to providing all the support you require. We will listen to your unique aspirations, we hear your voice, respect your wishes and provide live-in care that empowers you to take those steps towards achieving your goals, whatever they may be.

 
 

What you can expect from our Service

Our aim as a care provider is to promote independent living and the primary role of our carers is to help our clients remain as physically active and socially engaged as possible. In order to achieve this aim, you can expect:

That you will be treated with dignity and respect with a clear focus on your safety, choice, general wellness and privacy.

A person-centred approach to care that is tailored entirely around your needs. We recognise that no two people are going to require exactly the same amount of care in the home.

That the entire care management process will be managed by us.

That all carers will be employed directly by us and selected through a meticulous selection process by our management team of care experts.

That every effort will be to maintain consistency and continuity in terms of the dedicated carers, with due consideration given to the careers requirements for breaks, and also to ensure that your loved is matched with the right carer.

That all of our carers are overseen by Registered General Nurses who have extensive experience in the delivery of care and management of care staff.

That our live-in care services extend to meeting the needs of couples, if you wish to stay together as a loving couple in the comfort of your own home.

Our Service

Our typical live-in care service includes:

Support around the home:

cleaning, changing bed linen and towels, laundry and ironing, shopping for weekly groceries, help with meal preparation and managing bill payments.

Personal care:

Dressing and undressing, washing and bathing, shaving, assistance with hair and makeup, nail care, continence care and support with prescribed medication.

Companionship:

Conversation, encouraging contact with family and friends, help with reading and keeping up correspondence, accompanying on holidays, day trips or short breaks.
4

Fulfilling lives:

Encouraging and supporting hobbies and interests at home or in the local community, encouraging exercise, accompanying people on visits (including day centres or other community day activities), and accompanying people on doctor’s appointments.
