Selecting the Best Carers
Hand-picked & highly qualified care professionals
Selecting the best carers means we can give you the very best care. But we know that the right qualifications on paper aren’t enough on their own.
Our Care Managers select carers who are kind, reliable, warm, and passionate about helping others live comfortably in the place they call home.
Our carers come from a wide range of backgrounds, with all kinds of experience and interests, so we can find you someone who’s the right fit for both your personality and your care needs.
Fully vetted care professionals
Every carer goes through a thorough vetting process before they join us.
We check references and run Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced checks so you can be confident that whoever comes into your home is reliable and committed to your wellbeing.
Committed carers
Our carers are committed to maintaining the independence of our clients so that you can keep doing the things you love for as long as you can.
Highly qualified, fully supported
We take the time to match you with the right carer, not just someone with the right skills and experience, but someone whose personality fits with yours too. Getting that right is what helps build the kind of relationship that makes a real difference, day after day.

To make sure your care needs are fully met our carers will be with for up to 12 hours a day, normally between 6am and 10pm.
Every carer needs to have 2 hours of uninterrupted break every day. If you need care to continue during those hours, we’ll organise a visiting carer for you.
Caring can be a physically and emotionally demanding job. To help keep our carers fresh and able to give you a consistently high standard of care, they will take occasional breaks. To ensure seamless, uninterrupted care our carers will have a face-to-face handover.
