Sante Care was recommended to my son, who is a tetraplegic, by a care worker in the home where he was staying whilst waiting to go into Independent Living. This was in 2016 and the same, wonderful carer has been his residential assistant for nearly 7 years. Sante Care are absolutely genius at finding the right carer for the right client. They take a long time to find the most suitable match, they certainly succeeded with us. I bless the day that my son’s carer came into our lives. He is totally trustworthy, reliable, polite, honest and intelligent. We rarely have problems with cover but when the unexpected does occur Sante Care are immediately on the ball in providing good, reliable and highly professional replacement carers. I trust them completely and am delighted with their service. The manager is very approachable and sympathetic to our needs.
